Privacy
This page explains what the notary prep pages on this site collect.
Email sign-ups
If you tick the box and submit your email, we store your email address, the page and state you signed up from, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the time. We use it only to send study tips and new-state updates. We do not sell or share it. The box is never pre-ticked, and the free tests work without signing up.
Score report requests
Your score report and study plan are shown on screen right away, with no sign-up. Below them you can optionally enter your exam date and email and tick a box asking for the report and a study plan for your exam date. If you do, we store your email, exam date, state, practice score, weak topics, which test you took, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time. Nothing is sent automatically: Kayvan, who runs OpsPacket, may email you personally with your report and plan. We do not sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, the unsubscribe page, or email kayvan@withresumeai.com. To have your record deleted, email us.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Gumroad, and we never see your card details. To unlock the full bank, your license key is sent to our server and checked with Gumroad. Your browser remembers it on this device so you don’t have to paste it again.
Practice answers
Your answers are graded in your browser and are not sent to us. We do not store individual answers. A score is tied to you only if you ask us to email your report (see above).
Anonymous usage counts
We keep simple, first-party counts of page views and a few study actions (starting, finishing or leaving a practice test, email opt-in, checkout button clicks, PDF downloads, and successful unlocks). These counts include the state and page type, the website that linked you here (domain only, for example reddit.com) or a campaign tag in the link, whether the screen is mobile- or desktop-sized, a flag for obvious automated traffic (bots and crawlers) so we can leave it out, and for a finished test which format it was (20-question sample or timed practice exam) and a rough score bucket (for example 70–84%). If you click a share button on your score report, we count which network you picked (not what you share). If a page shows our free quiz widget, we count widget views, first answers and button clicks together with the domain of the page that shows it. If you leave a test you started without finishing, we count the number of the last question you answered (not your answers). If you choose to answer the optional one-tap “What stopped you?” question, we store the option you picked and any short text you type (please leave out names and contact details). To credit a visit to the link that brought you, your browser keeps the referring site, campaign tag and first page of the visit in session storage for that tab only; it is cleared when you close the tab. A random per-attempt code links a test start to its finish or drop-off. They do not use cookies, third-party trackers, or a personal identifier. We store them in the same private Vercel Blob store as sign-ups (under a separate events prefix) so we can see which pages help people prepare. Search-impression data is not collected here; that may come later from Search Console or Bing after the domain moves.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel. Sign-ups and anonymous usage counts are stored in a private Vercel Blob store.
